EV Charger Installation in Viera, FL
Safety and fast charging speeds are crucial for a successful EV Charger Installation. It’s why hiring a trusted local expert like EVPlugz guarantees the best results.
Common EV Charging Challenges In Viera, FL
Viera is a master-planned community with construction that started in the late 1980s. While it’s a beautifully planned space, many homes didn’t account for the power demands of EV charging at the time of their construction.
Some recent homes have EV-ready infrastructure, but since Florida lacks EV-ready ordinances, even newer homes often lack the necessary electrical circuits for a charger.
Another challenge we often see is that Viera homes utilize their full electrical capacity during the hot summer months, when AC usage is at its peak. This means an EV charger can easily exceed the electrical panel’s capacity, requiring a service upgrade or a load-shedding solution.
